Assumptions based on the fact that in Eastern Ukraine there has been a stabilization of the situation, and President Vladimir Zelensky has declared “commitment” to the resolution of the crisis. However, six months later, everything looks different. The EU summit in videoconference held on June 18 ruled that the sanctions regime is extended until 31 January 2021 because of “lack of progress of negotiations in Norman format.” ...
